Enjoy Making New Friends – Flying Cow Ranch
We arrive at the Flying Cow Ranch after a trip through the dense Taiwanese forest. Three different colors on its logo represent the values of the ranch we’re visiting: blue stands for a cheerful life with family and friends, white the healthy and freshly-made dairy products, and green the spirit and mentality of the sustainable tourism. Come visit the butterflies and livestock on the Flying Cow Ranch and have yourself a relaxing day on the grassland.

Time for Afternoon Tea – Home Desserts Making & Art Creating
Three core beliefs of the ranch are living a healthy life, sustainable eco-friendly ranching practices and sustainable agricultural productivity. The ranch has been developing eco-tourism adventures to match their core values and beliefs for years. In the DIY section, make your own fresh ice cream, milk cookies, and sponge cake from fresh squeezed mil,. In order to allow your creativity to shine through in accordance with the beliefs of the ranch, spend some time making a creative painting of their cows—a favorite for families and artists!

Fruit Picking in Taiwan
The best time to pick fruits is when they are ripened to perfection. Taiwan has various tourism farms in each district due to its geographic conditions, which allows visitors to enjoy the fun of picking fruits no matter when they come. For instance, mild climate and fertile soil make Zuolan a perfect place to grow fruits. In fact, it has long been the “township of fruits” in Taiwan for its quality products.

Taiwan Blue - Traditional Indigo Dyeing
Indigo is one of history’s cross-cultural winners from the ancient Egyptians to the ancient Hakka people of Taiwan. You can design your own handkerchief using the natural indigo blue dye of a local plant. After repeatedly folding, twirling, crumpling, and tying the scarf with rubber bands and strings, you will have a best natural souvenir to take back home.
