My 4th tour with Topology. Excellent communications with inside coordinator Shirley, to plan custom itinerary - asked me many questions to find out what we would like to experience and gave options to choose from. Our tour guide Joanna is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Taiwan from tour sites to food to special activities. We had to make some last minute changes due to recent typhoon and earthquakes and Shirley & Joanna offered alternatives literally the night before. Will definitely do another tour with Topology.

We are refered to the Topology Travel through a friend, and we are very happy with the service provided. The tour guide cum driver, Mr Reggie, attended to our needs. He went extra mile to help us looking after and played with our small son when we joined the workshop. He was also considerate in advising on lesser walking trek and alternative trekking location according to our physical strength. It was a fun journey with him. The B&B chosen by Topology was very good as well. We were impressed by Roaming Cloud by both its beautiful venue, spacious room, nice breakfast and friendly staffs. We took quite a few photos of the B&B especially their beautiful gardens during our morning walk around. Overall, it was a memorial trip for our whole family. 🙂

I'm so glad that I found Topology Travel when I was organizing and planning my Taiwan trip with my partner. Not only were they wheelchair friendly, they were also very LGBQT+ friendly. Core was excellent in working with me and my existing plans, as well as offering her insights on what's best to visit and see. He was exceptional Very knowledgeable on many topics as well as being very accommodating my disability needs. We traveled all around Taiwan on a 7 day tour. The accommodations were the best. All accessible rooms in the best locations. They are very knowledgeable on wheelchair accessible entries to all the places that we wanted to see. Also very knowledgeable on food recommendations. My partner and I were very glad that we left the worrying to Topology and just purely enjoyed the long needed vacation. We didn't have to worry about timing, transportation, parking, dealing with accessibility, etc. From the first day to the last, even accompanied us to the airport and making sure we got our GAT tax refund and properly checked in at the airline before saying our goodbyes. I would highly recommend this travel agency as every penny was well spent.

I embarked on a 8 day trip to Northern and Central Taiwan during the first week of Apr 2024. I had been facing months of difficulties in finding a local tour agency that offers wheelchair accessible tour and then I decided to explore into Taiwan-based tour agencies. That’s when I found out about Topology through online searches. I was joyous to see that they offer wheelchair accessible private tour - a service that imo, is still lacking in my hometown. I eventually got into contact with Shirley from Topology. As I’m clueless about Taiwan, she responded with a suggested itinerary for the entire trip after I had provided only few statements on my preferences. After a few minor tweaks and adjustments to the itinerary, we’re off to fly in a group of 3. Our tour guide was Goma Chen (大成哥) and we appreciated his great service. Throughout the entire trip, we felt being well taken care of. 大成哥 will adjust the itinerary according to the weather forecast. When the weather is bad, he went out of his way and brought us to visit other places which were not included in the itinerary. Rest assured that he will always help to locate a wheelchair-accessible toilet if need be.

3. Customize: We’ll discuss and revise the itinerary together until you’re fully satisfied. No charges will be made until then.

4. Book: Confirm your booking by paying a 30% deposit.

5. Settle the balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure. At this time, you will also receive all necessary travel information, including your guide’s contact details.

6. Travel: Pack your bags and get ready to embark on your journey!

We will arrange suitable vehicles based on your group size and the amount of luggage. Assuming one large piece of luggage per person, we recommend the following vehicles:
