Our tour guide will arrive at the port earlier and wait for you with a welcome card in his/her hands. In order to save your precious time, the tour will start right after the meet-up. If you haven’t seen your tour guide 5 minutes after getting off the cruise, then oops! There is a good chance that you get off at the wrong port.
After booking the tour, you board the cruise happily and expect to have a nice trip in Taiwan. Later on you find out that the cruise which is supposed to stop by Taiwan doesn’t do so. What can you do? Don’t worry! If the tour is cancelled due to the weather or other unavoidable factors, we will provide you a full refund with no string attached.
